  1. Quaint and relaxing
The cabin had a few minor drawbacks, but. They were not detrimental. My family and I were grateful for all of the games (mancala, battleship, playing cards, monopoly, etc.) and DVD’s (some were children age appropriate and some were cor adults only). The accessability to and entering the cabin was not troublesome. The heating system was fantastic! We never noticed how cold it was outside until we went outdoors. The table for the dining area was perfect for our family of 4. There is a bar/island with 2 bar stools as well. The drive for the free snowplay was an easy 10-15 minutes drive further up the mountain. We were pleaseantly surprised to find several working sleds on the peoperty (underneath the shed behind the cabin and one leanin on the rear wall behind the stacked wood). We had forgotten our sleds at home; bought only two in Frazier because of the inflated cost for the csubstandard quality being offered. We picked a map up of the surounding local area from the real estate office in Frazier, Ca. Also the Pine Mountain Club convenient store has a map posted (we took a photo of the map initially and before we received the printed veraion). There is no Wifi or cellular phone service connection ( 911 emergency phone call was accessible on our phones), however this was not a deternt for my family and me. Being able to get away from our daily hustling, internrt driven routine was a breath fresh area. Thank you again Mr. Anderson for allowing our family to have a peaceful “white” Christmas.

  2. We had a great time at the cabin. It is walking distance to both trails and the little town center. Lots of dvd’s to choose from and several board game options too. My kids loved the deck and the “trails” in the front yard. The kitchen is well stocked as well. My youngest is already asking to go back!
