  1. Carolyn goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need for your stay. Her welcome book is filled with great information and ideas. My grandchildren learned about Yogi, Smokey, and Teddy and what to do or expect if they or other wildlife were to come to the cabin. The grandkids loved the spiral staircase and the play area on the 2nd floor. This was a very memorable trip. Would love to return when their is snow.

  2. What a cute little cabin in a nice sleepy mountain town. This was exactly what I was looking for to enjoy a peaceful weekend with a few friends. We played a lot of board games and just enjoyed the fresh air. A couple issues occurred and we received a very quick response and everything was addressed immediately. Instructions were clear and easy to get in and practically everything it’s included (do kitchen, soap for showering, towels, etc.) The main town area is a 5 minute walk. We went to La Lena and the Perch for dinner both nights and then brought food for breakfast and lunch. Both restaurants were pretty good. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a slow pace, fresh air, and a comfortable place to stay.

  3. Cozy cabin in the woods away from the city noise was perfect for us. We have a 4 year old son that we had to keep a close eye on due to the staircase being a little unsafe for smaller kids. Our host was great. Met us there when we got there and answered all of our questions. Cabin was fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cups, pots and pans. The general store is a 10 minute walk from the cabin but make sure you stock up on any major items before heading in because it can get pretty pricey there. We shopped at the Ralph in Castaic before heading to the cabin. Overall a great experience. We look forward to going there again.
